Mops & Buckets: We assume the risk with full liability insurance, and worker’s compensation insurance to protect you and your home.

Other Cleaners: You are held responsible if the cleaner is injured in your home or if your possessions are stolen or damaged.

Mops & Buckets: All tools and cleaning supplies area provided. Natural & effective cleaning products are used to protect your family.

Other Cleaners:You may be asked to supply products and tools. If products are supplied, harsh chemicals may be used.

Mops & Buckets: Appointment reminders sent, GPS tracking on all cleaners and invoicing after each appointment that is easily paid from your smart phone or computer.

Other Cleaners:Playing phone tag to schedule, forgotten appointments, writing checks or leaving cash, no way to verify how long the cleaner was actually on site cleaning.

Mops & Buckets: Our 100pt cleaning checklist, ensuring same quality clean regardless of cleaner, add-on services clearly labeled on service agreement and customer guidelines.

Other Cleaners:Cleaner does not follow standards, leaving you wondering what they cleaned, quality will vary greatly between cleaners.

Mops & Buckets: All cleaners are professionally trained with ongoing quality control. Backed with a 100% satisfaction guarantee; we will re-clean any areas should you be unhappy for any reason.

Other Cleaners: No quality control, you will be responsible for correcting the cleaner’s work with no satisfaction guarantee on the work performed.
